The Shell Road Pavilion Board.
The Shell Road Board currently has 4 independent executive members appointed by CoGG, plus a representative from each of the 4 participating sports clubs.
WHAT WE DO
Management of the Shell Road Pavilion.
There are individual sporting clubs including Ocean Grove Football & Netball Club, Ocean Grove Cricket Club and Surfside Waves Soccer Club, who operate under an independent Board structure.
HOW WE DO IT
Transparent consultation and involvement.
Management of the Shell Road Pavilion includes booking the facilities for both community and private events whilst continuing to service the local sporting clubs.
Shell Road Pavilion was officially opened on Sunday 16th March, 2016 with a large number of members from the four participating clubs and the general community in attendance.
This long awaited facility was very much needed as football cricket and netball are large and growing clubs that were operating for decades from some of the worst facilities in the region, while soccer operated with no facilities at all for many years.
BOOKINGS
We currently have availability for hiring our facilities for both one-off events and other regular casual users.
Please note we don’t cater for night time parties but do accept daytime events, eg child birthdays, meetings, funerals, wakes, conferences etc.

Note that as a general rule bookings are NOT available on Club nights* during the year except by agreement of user club.
